Hydrographic (bathymetric) data is captured using a boat equipped with single- or dual-frequency echo sounders linked to our GPS receiver. This equipment is controlled in real time by HYPACK software. The position of the receiver on the sounding vessel is determined at a rate of 10Hz with horizontal (X, Y) and vertical (Z) accuracies of 1 cm.

Data processing is carried out using eight Autodesk CAD workstations (Acad MAP 2004 and Covadis 2D/3D), one Bentley CAD workstation (Microstation and Descartes) and two GIS workstations (INFO TP Geographix). We are able to provide data interfaces to any required ASCII format to meet the needs of our customers.
